Basicly, the value is something that is valuable, quality, show quality, and useful for everyone.

I agree that the grades is very suppotive of learning. With the value of the person will feel more valued, by their values can directly measure how far the work done in the learning process.

Especially the quality score as a means of measuring how far the quality of the acquired person, in the learning process or other processes. And then everyone can determine their quality, to determine what action should be done so that more qualified.

In other words, the value can be used as a basic reference for someone who has a direct impact provide motivation or encouragement to do better than before.

For Example, In the lecture was called the IPK (Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif), this value serves as a measure of the extent to which the quality of their students. With the value, so they know the value of what should be improved and knew the value of what is to be maintained. Because they know that the judgment in the lecture will affect their survival, especially when beginning to enter the world of work.

conclusion of value is to provide a positive reference for someone to make it better.
